Supervisor/Office Staff at Intramural Sports

• Train Officials on rules of various sports • Complete Supervisor Report for every Intramural event • First Responder to any injuries or medical situations in accordance with the emergency action plan • Provide on-site supervision and management of intramural competitions and activities • Verify eligibility for participation in intramural events • Ensure the proper set up and use of all university equipment used in intramural competitions and events • Fill in for missing officials or officiate games as necessary • Complete departmental forms including: incident/ injury, ejection and intramural supervisor reports • Ensure a safe environment for intramural participants by inspecting the playing area before the competition • Provide conflict resolution during disputes or disagreements between players or officials • Enforce university, department, and intramural program policies and procedures with all participants and staff
