Vanessa began her college career as an early admit student at Fulton-Montgomery Community College attending from 2005-2007, graduating with an Associates of Arts: General Studies. In 2007, Vanessa transferred to SUNY Geneseo where she achieved a Bachelors of Arts: Biology Adolescent Education. Vanessa continued her education at SUNY Albany from 2009-2012, graduating with a M.S. in Curriculum Development and Instructional Technology. Vanessa is currently the Science Teacher Grades 5-9 at Lake Pleasant Central School. She enjoys teaching the next generation to explore the world around them and encourages them to make the world a better place by first being humble and kind individuals and second by seeing the world in a new way most adults can not. Vanessa believes we must start small to make a lasting impact and this start begins with each of us.
