Majoring in Information Science
University of Iowa, Class of 2017
From Iowa City, IA
I am a second-year master student in Information Science major at University of Iowa, and I will graduate on May 2017. I am currently a research assistant in Carver College of Medicine, and I am working for Prof. Dai to develop a binary tree algorithm to simulate the tumor evolution based on genetic mutation data of cancer. In addition, I am a permanent resident of United States right now. Before I came to Iowa, I had a five-year working experience as a Network Engineer in China Mobile Communications Corporation (CMCC) which is one of the biggest telecommunications company in China. I received my bachelor's degree in Computer Networking at Tianjin University of Science and Technology in 2008.
