Therapeutic Staff Support at The Institute for Behavioral Change
Work directly with children following the child's treatment plan created by their therapists to eliminate inappropriate behavior, provide emotional support to the child, and assist those who are responsible for the child in fostering greater independence and social responsible behavior. Remain in constant communication with all members of the child's treatment team. Analyze present data with past to implement the best techniques on a day to day basis.
