Dissertation Defense Opening Remarks (Draft): The value of my research of Rational Cultural Determinism that in democratized political environments, where political representation is a cultural focal point, every political choice reflects innumerable social consequences occupying the minds of individuals. In the interim, every voter, depending on their individual political interests, inevitably will reflect outwardly their own unique emotional expressions in the course of coming to decisions they'll make on election day and when they interact with others. In representative democratic settings there can be no government without an electorate. There can be no election without a right to vote and there can be no votes without choices to be made. Choices therefore represent a multitude of perceived notions that are highly individualized psychological nomenclature framing a person's political being. We can say that people experience the same political emotions. And by 'political' emotions I mean only, the feelings about relevant political information. By feelings I mean a few things but, especially the various physical phenomena which contribute to one or more form of a person's expressions of political preference. It is not true however, that people have the same emotional experiences. What makes politics so interesting is that among all of our individual differences, there are ways to come together in a unified voice.
