I used Google Docs to help manage our payroll spreadsheet and revitalized the system to increase efficiency
and readability. I used several hand tools to take apart and clean HVAC systems and at the office worked on
our test condensers to learn. In only one week, I acquired my EPA 608 certification at the Universal level.

Configured an Active Directory (AD) environment using Windows Server. Demonstrated proficiency in AD design, user management, and network services. Set up two Windows Server instances—one as the forest root domain controller and the other as a tree domain controller. Created user accounts, and group memberships, and managed OUs. Implemented security policies and access controls for users. Installed and configured DNS services. Set up DHCP to automatically assign IP addresses to clients. Diagnosed connectivity issues between clients and domain controllers.
