Being a recent graduate from Georgia State University with my Bachelors in Business Administration in Managerial Sciences and a minor in Hospitality, I have a passion of working and meeting with new people. I thrive in high-pressure organizational environments committed to professional development, data analytics, and employee branding/awareness. As a leader, it excites me to facilitate, speak, and present in front of a group. Whenever I dive into the topic of careers, profitability for an organization, and self-advancement, I enjoy the back and forth constructive conversation that takes place with people. I have a hunger for fostering strong working relationships with teams to achieve growth, excellence, and long-term success for whichever organization I plan to work for. Throughout my years at Georgia State University, I have tackled every kind of project ranging from various HR benefits practices to employee relations methodologies in hospitality. I also have related work/course experiences into business operations management, training/development, and performance optimization solutions. I give credit to this institution for giving me the resources to succeed and exceed expectations. One of the main lessons I have learned here is to give it your all and more. Because of that mentality, I have diverse outlooks into every field with the accompanying various work experiences.
