Responsible for assisting in the planning and organizing of daily, weekly and monthly operations of the hospital.
Plan work schedules, hours, areas of work, and job duties to ensure adequate housekeeping services are rendered to all areas within the hospital.
Duties include supervision of staff (including first line supervisors) to ensure that all public and sterile areas are cleaned and maintained in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Responsible for conducting employee trainings and in-services to promote personal and professional development for all subordinate staff and ensuring that all regulations are met/compliance with various agencies.
