The Arrupe Scholars Program is a mission-based scholarship and learning opportunity tailored specifically towards creating leaders for social action. The Arrupe Scholars Program challenges students to grow in the following four areas:
intellectual development, active reflection, commitment to solidarity, and advocacy. Students focus on those four areas through both social justice-oriented courses and experiential learning opportunities.

As a Teaching Assistant for an Experimental Design and Analysis course in the Psychological Science Department, I assisted students with the research, design, and analysis of studies. Additionally, I assisted the professor in critiquing and grading the students' work throughout the course.
