Alexa Bowman Olay

I am currently a Public Policy major with a Women, Science, and Technology minor in the Ivan Allen College of Liberal Arts. I am passionate about using research, analysis, and communication to create meaningful change, especially in areas where advocacy and representation are most needed. My educational background as a Women's Studies minor and my deep interest in social policy particularly for underrepresented groups have equipped me with the perspective and determination to analyze complex societal issues. I am interested in a career that will enable me to build on my skills, contributing to my goal of advocating for those without resources while gaining the technical and analytical expertise needed to influence policy at a broader scale.
