Alexis Rittenberger

Alexis Rittenberger holds a PhD in Management Designing Sustainable Systems from Case Western Reserve University and an MLIS from the University of Pittsburgh. She is currently Assistant Professor and Director of Graduate and Professional Studies. Dr. Rittenberger also serves as a PhD advisor for Case Western Reserve Universitys Weatherhead School of Management. Dr. Rittenbergers research interests lay in the intersections between sociocultural norms, identity roles, and institutional pressures, specifically regarding professional education programs. Her work focuses on the tensions between academia and practice in programs designed to train practitioners. Dr. Rittenbergers research goals include promoting scholar-practitioner roles within the university structure and fostering antifragility in academic institutions.
