I am responsible for submitting payroll, new employee orientation, benefits enrollment, employee complaints, credentialing new medical, dental, and mental health providers, coordinate Aflac employee meetings, coordinate 401k employee meetings, assist with employee increase memos, maintain filing, maintain record keeping, address employee concerns appropriately, assist CEO when executive assistant is our of the office. I am also in charge of credentialing for the company. I am charged with primary source verification, credentialing with commercial insurances, medicaid and medicare. I complete all of the applications for hospital privileging as well as all of the data entry for Meaningful use. just to name a few of the things I am responsible for.
