I'm a non traditional student who transfered to the University of Houston in 2019 after being awarded an Associates of Arts degree from Lonestar College in 2017. I chose to pursue my BA in Political Science because I am passionate about my serving my community and encouraging my peers to engage in local politics.
When I am not studying or working I love to garden in my backyard. I can be found roller skating every Saturday, at one of the multiple skate parks around Houston. I am the aunt to two nephews and one niece. I hope to leave this world a better place for them to grow up in.
