- Serve as Sourcing Team Lead, interview, and train new employees to the sourcing team and offshore Recruiting Team. - Serve as a Recruiter by sourcing, phone screening, and interview prepping/debriefing viable IT industry candidates including but not limited to; developers, project managers, network engineers, and user experience designers that match positions within the Metro Atlanta area and nation-wide as needed. - Utilize sourcing tools and techniques, such as online social networking, Boolean searches, referrals, career boards, and traditional social networking to identify candidates. - Practice candidate relationship management skills and ensure accurate documentation of candidate conversations in company Applicant Tracking System (ATS). - Collaborate with recruiters to evaluate position criteria, determine candidate requirements, and sourcing options.
