I am a professional Portfolio Property Manager with twenty (20+) years experience in single-family, multi-family residential, commercial, and land development. My experience includes negotiations, project management, management of contractors and budget oversight. My daily responsibilities include assisting the Board of Directors for each non-profit with best practice decision to ensure that their communities are operating effectively and as outlined within the governing documents; educating the board in HOA management, laws and understanding their governing documents, contracts; preparing annual budgets, monthly reporting, meeting agendas, board packets, meeting notices, newsletters; addressing the maintenance needs of the community; establishing a preventative maintenance/routine maintenance schedule; reviewing fiduciary responsibilities and working with attorney litigation for revenue recoupment. One of my greatest strengths is experience. In all fast pace markets, changes in strategy, marketing and investments are daily occurrences that need attention immediately.
