HRT is a group of students that partners with the Office of Undergraduate Admission to identify, recruit and encourage the enrollment of Hispanic/Latino students. We host several visitation programs during the year such as Explore Tech and Destination Tech. We have a dynamic leadership team composed of six Executive Board Members who are passionate about Georgia Tech. They work closely with current student volunteers and campus partners on recruitment initiatives and provide a vital role in the admission process.

Lambda Sigma Society is a national honor society for second year men and women dedicated to the purpose of fostering leadership, scholarship, fellowship, and the spirit of service among college students, and to promoting the interests of the college or university in every possible way. Lambda Sigma, a certified member of the Association of College Honor Societies (ACHS) since 1981, meets the strict guidelines for organizational excellence and scholastic eligibility required for continued membership in ACHS. A six week internship where the intern is exposed to six different areas of the distributor company Café Soluble S.A each week.
These areas include
- Marketing: the intern gets introduced to the various sale channels of the company.
- Center of distribution: administration of inventories, billing and reception of orders.
- Transportation: Contributes to the Project "Doble Nivel", which is a savings project.
- Cereal packaging and process:
- Cereal's and material's quality: learn about the raw materials of the products and the packing materials as well; participates, with aid of an experienced analyst, in the processes of liberation of these materials; analyze the products in process and the finished materials (their humidity, color, etc.)
- Graphic design: work on the designs of the company's different brands.
