I have been employed with Kohl's for 12 years. I started at the New Albany, In store as a Misses floor associate in March 2003.
September 2004 promoted to Shoe Department Supervisor followed by Misses Department Supervisor.
2008 I became the Apparel and Accesories Area Supervisor followed by Children, Footwear and Home Area Supervisor until June 2010.
Customer Service Area Supervisor June 2010 until February 2012.
February 2012 I transferred to the Jeffersonville, In store as Children, Footwear and Home Area Supervisor, then Apparel/ Accesories Area Supervisor until March 2015 when I moved to my current position as Operations Area Supervisor.

-Lead and develop department supervisors in Misses, Juniors, Men's, Jewelry, Beauty and Intimates/Accesories, as well as others.
-Ensure freight, merchandise sets, price changes and replenishment are completed following
company guidelines.
-Open/Close store following Loss Prevention guidelines. Conduct AM and PM huddles with associates to give recognition and pass along information.
-As Manager on Duty, handle all customer and associate issues while maintaining the sales floor.
-Ensure a clean, safe,and comfortable enviroment for custmers and associates.
-Drive customer service, sales and credit to obtain desired results.
-Utilize reports to be informed of opportunities and wins in my areas.
