Duck Diaries Collection Processing
The Duck Diaries is a collection at the Drew University Special Collections, detailing a goodwill tour of Latin America done in 1961-1962 by a group of college students, several of whom went to Drew. My duties were to process the items in the collection, ranging from photographs, photo negatives, letters, documents, reels, and other objects. The photographs and negatives, along with already digitized photographs, were uploaded to an online database, and the letters/envelopes were scanned as well. The remaining items were categorized and listed in a finding aid. The collection is currently processed, with film reels having just been donated, and there will possibly be new items donated in the future.
