Customer engagement and interpersonal communication drive my everyday life. From the day I was hired at the Gap, I knew I had found my purpose. Initially an exercise science major, the inner-workings of the business world fascinated me, and I wanted nothing more than to discover what drives and motivates consumer purchase behavior.
A career in personal sales satisfies this need for knowledge. Learning how to better assist the customer and resolve day-to-day conflict both strengthens character and provides an incomparable set of skills to succeed in the 21st century.
