My goal is to further my knowledge as a student while simultaneously progressing myself as a cadet in the United States Air Force to become the best leader possible. Leadership. When it comes to leading, I take everything I know and I pour it into how I lead and who I lead. From discipline to the personal knowledge you have of each of your men, I have what it takes to confidently lead no matter the task at hand. Morals. Morals has been the reason I succeed in any group environment. I understand the value of people and how together, we can complete any task. I also know how to motivate on every level. This ensures my team always knows that I am there for them and the mission, rather than myself. Dedication. I love being a part of something bigger than myself and I show this with the amount of dedication I always bring to the table when I am assigned a mission. Anything can be accomplished using your people and will power. Language. Basic Russian (3 semesters worth), and Basic Spanish (spoken at work, 2 years in high school).
