I truly believe for one to effectively move up in today's society there is a need for international perspective. My goal at Miami University is to understand and achieve a global mindset. It is important for someone to be able to understand that our society is becoming globalized and the need to stay up to date with not only your home country but with the world. As I move through my curriculum I try to incorporate classes that I believe will contribute to that goal. Exposure and involvement has become a goal in extra curricular activities like joining China America Business Organization, Student Senate, and studying abroad in Asia. Ultimately, I want to be prepared for a global environment, being able to adapt to different cultures and situations.
