I am currently a freshman at Suny Delhi and I am studying culinary arts management. I attended a tech school back home in New Jersey where I also studied culinary arts. I am excited to continue my athletic career in softball and of course my academic career.

Angelina Dickel was recognized for graduating

As a member of FCCLA I have participated and won many competitions. I have gone to compete at the national level three times during my high school career for different projects. Many of these projects were community service based but I was able to better my leadership skills as well as team building skills. I have also won school hosted events such as best "Food truck" at our food truck festival. I went to nationals my sophomore, junior, and senior year of high school.

Hospitality club

I am a part of Suny's hospitality club. I have participated so far in community service events such as the dog walk. I helped serve food and helped clean up afterwards. I have also attended meeting and helped plan fun advents for the campus such as pumpkin pie making.

I was a member of FCCLA. During the school year, I helped organize many school events such as our chili cookoff, and our food truck festival. I was a member for all four years of high school. Not only that, but I also competed in many FCCLA projects and attended the national competition level three times my high school career.

Work Experience

Line cook at telford inn

I work all stations of the kitchen. I started with prepping. I can now work fry/ salad station, sautee station, and grill station. I have also worked as an expo in the beginning of my time here at Telford Inn as well.

I worked in the back of the house making pizzas and restocking. I also worked on the flat top making hot sandwiches such as cheesesteaks, worked the fryers, made cold sandwiches, took orders over the phone, and worked the cash register.

Busser at pegasus diner

This was my first job. I was a busser, helped clean tables restocked, and helped the servers in whatever they needed. I also took some orders and got non alcoholic drinks.
