Anique Welcome is an accomplished educator and instructional designer with a passion for creating inclusive, engaging, and learner-centered experiences. She holds an Associate Degree in Teacher Education, a Bachelors degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a concentration in Human Learning and Development, and a Graduate Certificate in Instructional Design and Technologyall earned with Summa Cum Laude honors. Anique is currently completing her Master of Science in Instructional Design and Technology at Georgia State University. Her work focuses on curriculum development, e-learning design, and the integration of instructional technology to enhance both K12 and adult learning environments. She has presented at academic conferences such as the KSU SoTL Conference and the USG Teaching & Learning Conference, where she shared insights on innovative teaching strategies and AI-enhanced learning design. Looking ahead, Anique plans to launch an EdTech company that supports alternative education models, including homeschooling and flexible digital learning solutions.
