I enjoy puzzles, learning, researching, strategizing, assessing the value behind data, and finding actionable insights within it. I strive to provide hope, connect people with resources, de-escalate tense situations, and clear roadblocks to success. I am passionate about customer service, process improvement, and continuous learning. I am interested in business analytics, data analytics, robotics, coding, astronomy, technology, and science. Quantitative and qualitative math comes naturally to me, and because of this I excel at developing KPIs, metrics, and measurements. I graduated SNHU with a BS in Business Administration, summa cum laude, and a 4.0 GPA. My proudest moment occurred during my Strategic Management & Policy capstone course when I received 99th percentile for my CAPXM decisions. What I learned about myself through this course was that my business acumen is strong, and I appreciate, understand, and value how various departments interrelate, communicate, and rely upon one another. A few transferable cross industry experience skills I have developed surround vendor management, resource allocation, leadership, communication, policy & procedure development, process improvement, project planning & management, documentation, negotiation, and budget management. Noteworthy Achievements: Coordinated a coterm agreement with a preferred vendor to improve the predictability of our IT department budget Developed and executed a quality control process to eliminate common onboarding account setup errors Established a method for calculating IT asset burn rates, safety stock needs, and highlighting inventory gaps Pioneered a Service Desk Knowledge Base to reduce team ticket count and enhance employee onboarding Spearheaded weekly Jira ticket review process which led to a 40% reduction in tickets older than 7 days Negotiated with vendors for a $12K rebate to upgrade 110 cellular devices, and reduced plan costs by nearly $7K Acquired a data export of our asset database and utilized this to overhaul asset tracking procedures, establish a physical inventory, and migrate assets to the ServiceNow CMDB Redesigned our asset tags resulting in $3500+ worth of recovered assets
