Provide assistance in the creation of policies regarding document retention, preservation, collection and termination of preservation associated with certain litigation matters; Handle electronic file system maintenance, organizing and accurately logging, reviewing, indexing and following up on various data retention and collection efforts, and understanding / using various data systems across TBS, Inc. Work closely with various business groups to provide assistance with compliance efforts in connection with document management policy as it pertains to litigation-related and other business unit files on a retroactive and prospective basis; Assist litigators in all aspects of litigation reporting through monitoring lawsuits and claims (i.e., domestic and internationally) -- manage the reporting of claims and lawsuits to risk management, and ultimately insurers, maintaining and updating master reports and records regarding all claims and lawsuits; and Supply other administrative and paralegal-type project support to the litigation team.
