During my time in the Air Force I had several different positions. First was in cable antenna; climbing towers up to 800* feet to install comm equipment on the towers. We also pulled cable, and spliced fiber and copper cable. Then I switched to the Maintenance Operation Center (MOC). The MOC was the center of operations for all teams out on the road. The final position was the Non Commissioned Officer In Charge (NCOIC) of the administration of the AFROTC program located at RIT
During my career, I spent 9.5yrs overseas. Of that, 3yrs was in England and 6.5 was in Germany; during that stay, I visited about 10 other countries. Also, I deployed twice, and in those deployments I saw about 7 Iraqi bases, Quwait, and Qatar. My ginal assignement was here in Rochester, NY.
