April Federico

My name is April Federico. I am a transfer student to Roger Williams University from Saint Anselm College, majoring in Creative Writing with a minor in Arts Management. I bring experience and skills including work as a Writing Assistant for all subjects at Saint Anselm, a weekly Reporter for the Culture section of The Crier (Saint Anselms campus newspaper), Contributor to Her Culture Magazine, and Reporter and Campus Editor-in-Chief for The Odyssey Online. Most recently, I served as a television broadcast reporter for Hawk Thoughts, a regular program presented by SAC Broadcasting. In addition, I can offer several useful skills including data entry and analysis, research, Microsoft Office fluency, answering and directing phone calls, and social media management (currently for Her Culture). My professional interests extend beyond writing. I am extremely interested in the editorial process and publishing. For that reason, I am actively seeking an internship in the field, and would be most grateful for your consideration.
