Ashkan Zakaryazad is a M.S. Operations Research candidate (minor in statistics) in department of Industrial and Systems Engineering (ISyE) at Georgia Tech. He received his B.Sc. degree in industrial engineering from Iran University of Science and Technology (IUST), Tehran, Iran and his first M.S. degree in department of industrial engineering at the Ozyegin University, Istanbul, Turkey. As a Data Scientist, his main research is on statistical data analysis in business settings, such as churn prediction and direct marketing and Healthcare data such as medicaid database. Currently, His research is focused on statistical and visual analysis of millions of Medicaid-enrolled patients with specific types of care.
