Administer medication oral, intravenous, intramuscular, subcutaneous, and per tube (Dob hoff, peg, gastric, jejunostomy) Assess and document patient's condition and changes throughout shift, IV therapy, wound care treatments, assess vital changes in patient's condition by monitoring vital signs, symptoms, and test results. Provide and document patient and family education based on diagnosis and treatment plan. Use nursing judgment and critical thinking to prepare, prioritize and execute the patient's plan of care consistent with patient assessment data and physician's treatment plans.
