Office Services Assistant at Anesthesia Practice Consultants, P.C.

I am the assistant of two separate entities within an anesthesia practice. The clerical side of this position includes front desk operations, phones, scanning, deposit logs, bank deposits, faxes, mail, patient payments, etc. The operational side of this position allows me to assist our mobile anesthesia team with preparing for surgical procedures. I schedule patient procedures, prepare patient charts, inventory, patient follow up, and much more.

Medical Billing at Anesthesia Practice Consultants, P.C.

I am a dedicated employee that works in the billing department. I am in charge of running patients payments, managing the deposit log, processing bankruptcies and returned mail. I am the lead of the data entry group and work in other departments (sorting, verification, tracking, followup) when needed.
