Alex is an experienced Project Manager working in the New York City Real Estate Industry, as a Building and Zoning Code Consultant and Expediter, for small to multi-million dollar commercial development projects. Alex consults with top-tier management and owners of $250M Major Development projects by coordinating with design teams and contractors through Governmental Approvals, Permits and Temporary Certificate of Occupancys. As a LEED Green Associate, Alex has experience with Sustainability Management for Class-A Commercial Buildings, working with teams of LEED and WELL professionals and engineers in bringing new and existing buildings to LEED Certification and higher Energy Start ratings. With his academic background, holding a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural and Resource Economics from University of Maryland, along with his current work experience, Alex has shown a passion for sustainability, renewable energy, fighting climate change, and real estate development.
