I am an individual who is searching for multiple ways to accumulate wealth through different vectors, two of the vectors being music and real estate. I then wish to apply my knowledge and wealth to communities and help to develop cheaper and structurally sufficient housing. I also have aspirations to work in commercial real estate to develop hot pockets of artistic districts. These areas will provide adequate shelter for artists and the like and allow for people at a disadvantage to be exposed to new and creative ideas. I hope that this will then inspire and lead to further artistic and personal growth within multiple communities.
