January, 13 2022 - Verified by Southern New Hampshire UniversityMy responsibilities as CEO is managing the short-term and long-term goals of the company and ensuring they are implemented on time. Additionally, I work with the other C-level executives on a daily basis to ensure smooth operations, ensuring legal compliance, finding new investment opportunities, and maintain relations with the current investors, keeping up public appearances and media relations, monitoring company performance, and setting precedent for company culture and environment.
As the assistant buildings manager, my main responsibilities were, maintaining records of orders that are received in the building, receive shipments and storing them within the warehouse, making sure all the departments within the company have working utilities and are stocked with supplies, monitoring contractors whle they're on-site, and maintaining the cleanliness and look of the building. While at the company I also assisted other departments such as the lab, cultivation, processing, and dry trim when they were short staffed.
As a residential counselor, it was my responsibility to ensure my clients' safety and improve their quality of life. While at CRJ, I had to take care of five mentally disabled women with mental disorders from BPD, PTSD, bipolar I & II, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, and schizophrenia. While caring for them, I would cook them their meals, provide them with daily activities, help them find coping skills that will work for them, and making sure their medical needs are met. Aside from caring for them, I also worked closely with the clinician and psychiatrist on their ISP's to ensure their safety and add goals for them to improve their quality of living.
As a committee member for the PTA's LGBTQ+ committee, my responsibilities included making comprehensive plans for schools on integrating LGBTQ+ history into the education curriculum and creating plans for schools to use on how to be more open and accepting of LGBTQ+ students.
I worked with LGBTQ+ Youth ranging from 13-21. while at BrAGLY, I helped promote safe-sex practices, drug harm reduction, and LGBTQ history at the organization. While there, I went to quarterly training throughout Massachusetts, learning skills to help advance our goal of working with the community. These training's ranged from cultural diversity to things such as suicide prevention training. While volunteering for them, I traveled locally with other peer leaders to speak with schools and businesses on being more LGBTQ+ friendly.
