Barbara Allman

Barbara Allman is the daughter of Excell and Dorothy Vance of Tippo, MS. She is a mother of four daughters and a grandmother of three grand-daughters. She is the wife of Lieutenant Colonel Jearl C. Allman, U.S. Airforce, Retired and the Founder and CEO of New Choice Counseling Center, LLC. Her company provides mental/behavioral health services to individuals, couples, groups, and families. Barbara has been a Licensed Professional Counselor for over a decade and enjoys working with a diverse population of clients. She also enjoys traveling, swimming, hiking, reading, and spending quality time with her family.
