Dr. Biermeier-Hanson is an Assistant Professor of Management at Radford University, where he teaches courses related to Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management. Dr. Biermeier-Hanson currently serves as the Truist Leadership Faculty at Radford University. Prior to this he was an Associate Professor of Psychology and program coordinator of the Industrial-Organizational Psychology M.A./M.S. program at Radford University. Dr. Biermeier Hanson's work has received editorial commendations from the Journal of Business & Psychology and he has published in other journals such as Work, Aging, & Retirement, and the Journal of Leadership & Organizational Studies, among others. He currently serves on the editorial board of the Journal of Vocational Behavior and is a member of the Academy of Management and the Society for Industrial-Organizational Psychology.
