Bethanie Howard-Parker
Southern Arkansas University, Class of 2013
From Camden, AR
I have a B.S., having double majored in Agricultural Sciences and Biological Sciences. I graduated in December 2013 with 206 credit hours and a cumulative GPA of 3.77. I am 32 years old and a proud wife and mother.
Update: I was accepted into the Biology Department at University of Arkansas as a graduate student seeking a PhD. I began Fall 2014, having won the Doctoral Academy Fellowship (DAF) and was granted a Graduate Assistantship (GA) as well. More specifically, my GA is as a Teaching Assistant. So, I am an instructor for Principles of Biology Labs. My current research, in a very broad sense, is in the area of stream ecology.
