January, 04 2016 - Verified by Bob Jones UniversityExperienced Manager at Aspen Insurance Group. Primary functions include gathering requirements for Product Development, enhancement testing, and production execution.
I have worked at Aspen Insurance for nearly two and a half years, ultimately gaining experience in Legal Compliance, IT US Open Market Systems (Duck Creek, IMS, DocuMaker) and product and solution management at a variety of levels. In my role as Quality Control Manager, I take pride in ensuring the quality of the products produced by our Policy Administration Systems (PAS). I'm interested in creating an environment of innovation, collaboration and positivity.
I am always striving to bring 100% to the work that I do, and my goal as a manager is to build strong, mutually beneficial business partnerships with all stakeholders in the product development process.
My journey with Aspen began as a temporary placement in the Legal Product Development team. Shortly thereafter, I developed a strategy to enhance our product delivery process. Within a year, this strategy was implemented and I began training three additional Quality Control analysts to oversee the implementation process.
Currently, I am responsible for managing the Quality Control team which oversees the forms development process for all Management Liability, Professional Liability, Primary Casualty, Excess Casualty and Marine lines of business. Quality Control assists Underwriting teams in the migration of forms and endorsements into the Duck Creek system by gathering requirements and facilitating the development process.
