I am mentored on the day-to-day functions and processes of effectively running a hospital under the supervision of the CEO, where I am taught about the administrative, finance, human resources, legislation and marketing aspects of hospital operations and allowed to apply knowledge obtain from my degree in order to generate new skills.

-Directly responsible for assisting new and existing customers. -Produce sufficient sales to meet and exceed company and location production standards. -Handle customer situations and making equitable decisions for the customer and the company. -Solicit, coordinate, schedule, and participate in community events. -Perform other duties as assigned by sales management. -Participate as a “team player”, constantly supporting other team members. -Creating the ideal customer experience with each customer interaction.

- Handle routine questions regarding library resources, patron account balances, and borrower's eligibility. - Plan for delivery of day-to-day support and utilize computer database tools in order to capture student, faculty, and patron information and process requests. - Assist users with available technologies and resolving all Tier 1 issues.
