My work as a Data Analyst has involved building the foundations for a data driven team, strategizing the future of TA and HR performance metrics, championing data literacy and governance, and serving as a technical/thought partner to projects and colleagues. Finding ways to make operations and processes more efficient and streamlined is an aim that I naturally incorporate into my reporting, system administrative, and data management and transformation responsibilities. I strive to stay well-informed of industry-standard tools and technology that can bring additional value to my analytical contributions and to my team. I have a passion for People and Human Resource data and love contributing to impactful and positive change affecting our workforce.
