As an executive leader, Bryce is deeply committed to building authentic and meaningful relationships based on integrity. He achieves measurable results holistically by modeling behaviors in a top-down fashion. With a true entrepreneurial spirit, Bryce brings 20 years of thought leadership in developing and leading people. Using experiential management techniques, design thinking and storytelling, he facilitates exponential gains in business development, intrapreneurship, innovation, and digital strategy. Fluent in navigating both for-profit and non-profit realms of business, Bryce is actively involved in social justice work and volunteers for both religious and civil nonprofits. He is particularly proud of the work he did with the Unitarian Universalist Service Committee as a Social Justice Innovator. Also close to his heart, is his work in co-founding the nonprofit organization Empty Closets Community Services in 2007. The organization has grown to provide education, information, online peer support and one-to-one peer counseling for tens of thousands of (LGBT) youths. Serving on the Board of Directors, he provides guidance on long-term goals, directives, and policy. Bryce is always looking to join in meaningful work that has an impact on the lives and wellbeing of others.
