Recent graduate with a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management and currently an intern at ITT Inc. working in the Human Resources department. Had the opportunity of leading the local SHRM chapter as Treasurer for three semesters, participated in the 2017 SHRM Case Competition, and was an active member of the national sorority of Delta Phi Epsilon. Currently participating on several teams in the Talent Management function that includes working on the Talent Acquisition Council focused on improving the candidate experience, as well as partnering with the Communications team to help improve recruitment efforts. Proficient in the talent analytics platform, CEB Talent Neuron.

Human Resources Intern at ITT Inc.

Member of the Talent Acquisition team focused on enhancing the candidate experience by developing a more engaging website, as well as improving onboarding processes to fulfill a diverse and high performing culture. Designing a workshop to educate HR leaders on CEB Talent Neuron software that provides talent analytics to enable more informed talent planning and recruiting decisions. Partnering with Communications to create and launch a short informative video about ITT to attract top talent and promote online engagement.
