Cleared (raked and weeded) the drive way of the Castleton Town Library, in addition to cleaning and re-stacking the bookshelves inside the building.
The Castleton Food Committee is a food service committee set up at Castleton University.to coordinate and share ideas, innovations and activities which would foster the growth of the food service at the University.
President's Advisory Council on Inclusive Excellence
The Inclusive Excellence is a committee at Castleton University consisting of the University President, Deans, faculty heads, elected students and professors focused on ensuring an inclusivity of all students in academic and non-academic centers of the University.
This is a committee for all Honors students at Castleton University in which Castleton students innovate and share great ideas towards promoting the academic and non-academic well-being of all current and future members of the Castleton University Honors Program.
Association of College Union International (ACUI) Leadership Conference
"Founded in 1914, ACUI is a nonprofit educational organization that brings together college union and student activities professionals from hundreds of schools in seven countries. Its members work on urban and rural campuses, in two-year and four-year institutions, and at large and small schools. They are students and administrators whose mission is to build campus community. ACUI enriches them all through education, advocacy, and the delivery of services" (ACUI).
This is a optional activity in which a student volunteers to be of service for the university during the entire commencement event.
The activities include
manning specific entrances;
addressing any concerns or issues with the public need;
ensuring the overall smooth-running of the event and;
attending to the diverse needs of various audiences
