Christopher Tocci

Hello, everyone, my name is Chris! I am currently enrolled at Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI). I am majoring in Bioinformatics/Computational Biology, with a pre-med concentration. My main goals as an undergraduate are to graduate cum laude and to publish a research paper. I was formerly enrolled at Bristol-Plymouth Regional Technical School where I was part of the Biotechnology program. I used this technical education to gain a foothold in college. I enjoy playing video games, video editing, music recording/ editing, and filming. I like to play sports such as basketball with my friends and enjoy taking the occasional fishing trip. Some of my favorite things to do are simply being with the people I care about as well as helping those in need. Being able to make a difference in my community has always been important to me. I am a part of many different organizations and club sports; notably, I was the Business Professionals of America (BPA), Massachusetts State Vice President during my junior year of high school. This organization has helped me tremendously in making connections. I have been able to meet people all over the United States and I still hold those people close to my heart. I have made lifelong friends, and valuable assets through BPA, some that I will never forget.
