Practice Manager Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):

-Cool Card orders (including all supplies needed for the office and treatments)

-Follow company procedures to maintain work environment is in a neat and orderly condition
-Manage inventory and maintain contact with accountants and marketing team
-Manage a team of trained and certified coolsculpting specialists and aestheticians

Operating since 1982, Coastal Carolina Supply specializes in chemical delivery and provides chemical automation systems for aquatic facilities. We also manufacture and refinish pool furniture for clients throughout the eastern U.S. Headquartered on North Carolinas Crystal Coast, the company is one of the largest suppliers of liquid chlorine in the Mid-Atlantic and maintains offices and chemical storage facilities in Morehead City, Raleigh, and Charlotte, N.C. These facilities enable us to provide unparalleled service to an expanding customer base which includes colleges and universities, federal, state, and local municipal facilities, YMCAs, health clubs, country clubs, pool management companies, pool supply companies, membership pools, subdivision and community pools, and many other facilities requiring health department inspection.

Job Responsibilities:

-Investigated equipment failures to diagnose faulty operation and made appropriate maintenance recommendations.

-Assisted in developing the structural design of products using equipment and software.

-Developed cost estimates, procured equipment and tracked construction progress to efficiently complete large scale projects.

-Developed and tested models of alternate designs and processing methods to assess feasibility, operating condition effects, possible new applications and necessity of modification.

-Recommended design modifications to eliminate machine and system malfunctions.

YMCA Camp Sea Gull for boys and YMCA Camp Seafarer for girls are overnight camps located on the coast of North Carolina. During the summer, Camp Sea Gull and Camp Seafarer serve more than 700 campers a week at each site. Combined with our staff, each camp makes up a welcoming and inclusive overnight camp community. Our camps are also large - more than 350 acres each - with prime coastal waterfront access.

Our unique location near the North Carolina coast, in Arapahoe, NC, on one of the widest parts of Neuse River is an ideal setting for campers to experience and learn sailing and powerboating. Along with sailing and powerboating, Camp Sea Gull and Camp Seafarer also offer a wide variety of land and sea activities including skiing, swimming, fishing, creative arts, archery, riflery, canoeing, nature/environmental activities, paddle boarding, golf, tennis and more.

Our signature program is our Four-Week program for campers ages 7 - 16. This longer session gives campers the most amount of time to experience all that Camp has to offer and, more than that, a Four-Week session means campers develop their character, build strong relationships, independence and confidence in a safe, resilient and supportive environment.

Camp gives kids the activities and the environment they need to be the best people they can be. Sea Gull and Seafarer help kids become the best version of themselves.

ACA accreditation is voluntary and verifies that a camp has complied with up to 263 standards for health, safety, and program quality.
