Carleena is the Executive Director of Boot & Buskin, the faculty run theatre group on Le Moynes Campus. She is also the President of the Le Moyne College Singers, and participates in Chamber Singers and the Jazzuits. Carleena is involved with a variety of other clubs and organizations on campus, including Student Government Association, in which she serves as the Visual and Performing Arts Representative.

The ED is the prime leader and motivator for the student staff and assumes responsibility for the organizations practical operations.
