Carly Holland

As a strong believer of personal success, I strive to work for what I have and to continue to build myself as an individual by challenging myself every day to be better in everything that I do. Whether it be in my school, work, or personal life, I take any opportunity to learn or grow as an individual. Having been in a few different work environments, I have been able to enhance my communication skills, presenting skills, as well as my teamwork skills. In each environment I have found that the three most important attributes are integrity, teamwork, and honesty. Upon graduation, I hope to use my education and experience in a management position to direct people and help improve my future workplace. I love working with all types of people and pinpointing different skill sets to ultimately comprise a successful team. Outside of school and work I enjoy spending time outdoors, whether it be hiking through the Los Angeles mountains or walking along the beautiful beaches. I also enjoy ceramics and doing projects around the house.
