Antioxidant Properties of 20 San Antonio Honey Samples in Relation to their Color
This researched showcased the antioxidant properties of honey samples, and the relationship of this to their specific color. Knowing the importance of antioxidants, it can be used in medicine to help treat many diseases and conditions, especially opened wounds. This research found three samples that were very high in antioxidants, and can be further used in clinical trials.
