Compile and distribute all media notes, press notes, and news clippings. Coordinate Rink of Dreams activities which include the following: Making sure all players enter and park in the correct locations, announcing Rink of Dreams Games, operating the time clock and scoreboard, and making sure all participants have had a good time and exit the building properly. Complete pre-game duties such as moving all promotional items into place for distribution prior to games, helping sponsors to their designated tables prior to doors opening, and meeting the Game Night Emcee with the proper prizing and script for each promotion. Oversee proper operation during the game. Duties include, but are not limited to: Choosing the contestants for each promotion during the game, preparing and informing each contestant for their designated promotion, making sure contestants are promptly in the proper location, informing the visiting teams'​ stars that they are a star of the game and when they are to go out on the ice. Faxing and distributing the official game sheets. Preparing and conducting the Ham and Turkey Shoots, Autograph Night, and Jersey Auctions. Assisting with the Cocoa's Kids Club parties, season ticket holder events, and charity events.

Assist in the branding and promotion of the York Revolution organization and its sponsors through community appearances and special events on behalf of the team. Drive ticket sales by distributing coupons for upcoming games and produce ideas using marketing principles to increase guest attendance. Generate new and creative story ideas for the gameday program, The Revolutionary Times. Prepare for gamedays through marketing, advertising, public relations, media relations, and digital media efforts and by organizing promotional items and filling gameday programs. Assist with gameday operations, such as activities and special events, and interact with fans. Incorporate social media into marketing and advertising efforts and execute marketing strategies across digital platforms. Distribute promotional materials across the area to fans and local businesses.

Managed the Islanders social media accounts, primarily Facebook and Twitter. Managed media for the Islanders by contacting media outlets and pitching story ideas. Interacted with fans during game days. Designed, edited, and completed the game day program for the 2015 season. Maintained constant contact with the team President, coaches, and players. Managed the team’s media email account. Produced and edited videos for the Islanders to put on their video sharing channels. Brainstormed ideas for possible videos that were unique and would catch the media and audience’s attention.
