-Studying Salinity Levels in marshes around invasive dry, tall, grass-like plant species 'phragmites' with the hope that we may observe a correlation between the species' growth rate and variance in salinity levels; A solution is desparately needed to halt the rapid, invasive, overpopulation of phragmites, as it is damaging entire ecosystems, creating fire hazards, clogging waterways, and pushing native species (insects, plants, & animals) out of their habitats
