Executive Treasurer at James Madison University

Following a successful campaign and a favorable election result, it is my honor to serve as the Executive Treasurer for the Student Government Association of James Madison University. My responsibilities as treasurer include a number of things such as appropriating student funds, structuring an internal budget, promoting student involvement, and providing financial advice to all 365 student organizations on campus.

English Second Language Tutor at Shenandoah Valley Migrant Educ

The Shenandoah Valley Migrant Education program works to empower the diverse youth of the Harrisonburg/Rockingham County communities. By matching up volunteer university students with local elementary, middle, and high school students, the program is able to foster academic improvement, as well as meaningful relationships. The program enables these students to get free educational tutoring twice a week in all sorts of subjects from math & science to reading & writing.
